as he is leaving the exam room before the door closes completely behind him:
"Weird!"
(I actually chuckled and rolled my eyes because, though extremely unprofessional, I had to agree with him. My big toe is "weird!" It's been painfully swollen for 4 months now without having experienced any actual trauma. But after an exclamation like that, the doc did what I expected him to -- passed me off to a podiatrist, and took my money.)
