* old fashioned merry-go-round – so dangerously awesome
* swings – why are those a rarity at parks these days? Such a travesty!
* a bridge over a roaring creek
* slides, and lots and lots of them
* a cool zipline thingy for my zippy buddy
* snoozing ducks
* satiated ducks (notice all the bread in the water vs. number of fowlings)
* lots of grass to run and play and picnic it up
Layton Park – you deliver every time! Thank you for disregarding insurance policies and sue-happy parents to provide a morning of throw-back entertainment and life-long memories.
