We made a Thanksgiving Day countdown chain for FHE one night. I used scraps of cardstock and had the kids tell us things they were thankful for and we linked it all up. The next morning when it came time to take the first link off, I couldn't bare to think about throwing away all of those nice cardstock pieces with precious thoughts on them. So we made a turkey and now we carve each day's link into a nice feather. This might turn into a fun tradition. 6 days left!Friday, November 19, 2010
